To order a CD
containing JPEG images of a show, simply select the show from the list below and
print this page.
Fill in the name
and address where you would like the CD sent, and send this form with a check for
the appropriate amount to the address below. Shipping and applicable sales
tax is included in the price listed.
Each CD contains
hundreds of high resolution JPEG images optimized for 4x6
prints. The label on the CD specifies that license is granted to make
prints for personal use.
You can take the CD to any
photo lab and order any prints that you wish, or you can print them with your
own computer & printer.
All images are copyrighted.
It is illegal to copy the CD, and any commercial use is prohibited.
You should receive
